About waybill.ge
waybill.ge is a hosted gateway that connects AI assistants to the Georgian systems you already use: the Revenue Service (rs.ge) electronic waybill system, read-only questions about cloud.balance.ge companies, and read-only questions about QuickShipper deliveries. One account, one MCP server. RS.GE tools create, send, close and analyse waybills with your own service-user credentials. Balance tools answer questions about clients, stock, prices, and the ledger, and do not post or write it. QuickShipper tools quote a delivery and read your orders and their status; they do not create, change or cancel deliveries. No browser automation.
It also answers read-only questions about the Bank of Georgia accounts you connect: balances and statements. Bank tools cannot make payments or transfers.
Why it exists
Every product-moving business in Georgia files electronic waybills, and the official interfaces were designed for humans and legacy ERP integrations - not for AI agents. waybill.ge closes that gap: you connect a system you use, authorize your assistant, and from then on "close yesterday's waybills" or "what do clients owe this Balance company?" is a single natural-language request. Balance stays read-only.
How it is built
- A multi-tenant MCP server with OAuth 2.1 and API-key authentication
- Your RS.GE service password, each Balance.ge API password and each QuickShipper login token are stored encrypted (Fernet) and used only to call the official service on your behalf
- Each Bank of Georgia API key is stored encrypted (Fernet) and used only to read the accounts you selected
- Every tool call is quota-tracked and auditable in your dashboard
- The service is developed and operated from Tbilisi, Georgia
The team
waybill.ge is built by a small Georgian product team that has shipped tax-tech and automation tools for the local market. We use the product ourselves for our own companies' waybills every week.
